Our client is looking for an experienced and driven POS System Analyst to join their team. The company specializes in the development, implementation, and support of software for managing EFT POS terminals and transaction routing. Recognized as an experienced Terminal Service Provider across the Baltic States and globally, the company also delivers expert consulting services in the field of electronic payments.

We are looking for a POS System Analyst to join innovative team and help shape the next generation of EFT POS terminal and payment gateway solutions. You will act as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring solutions are both effective and scalable.

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing systems and define new EFT POS Terminal and Payment Gateway system requirements;
• Translate business and functional requirements into clear technical documentation;
• Develop data mappings, flowcharts, and system diagrams to support engineering and QA teams;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables;
• Support system integration processes and provide subject matter expertise;
• Define testing protocols and contribute to quality assurance efforts;
• Follow projects through from inception to implementation support;
• Contribute to system innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field—or equivalent experience;
• Proven experience as a System Analyst, Technical Product Owner, or similar role;
• Strong technical knowledge, including Postman, REST APIs, Android, C#, ASP.NET, and Microsoft SQL Server;
• Experience with EFT POS Terminals, Payment Gateways, and POS-Host interfaces is a significant advantage;
• Understanding of EMV transactions and payment protocols is a plus;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal;
