Our client is looking for an experienced and driven Senior QA Team Lead to join their team. The company specializes in the development, implementation, and support of software for managing EFT POS terminals and transaction routing. Recognized as an experienced Terminal Service Provider across the Baltic States and globally, the company also delivers expert consulting services in the field of electronic payments.

A Senior QA Team Lead will shape and drive quality assurance strategy for EFT POS Terminal and Payment Gateway software, mentor QA engineers, and lead initiatives for automation and process improvements. He or she will be at the forefront of ensuring robust, secure, and innovative payment solutions.

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Define and evolve QA strategy for EFT POS Terminal and Payment Gateway solutions;
• Design and implement automated testing frameworks and tools;
• Support and guide QA engineers in day-to-day activities;
• Develop test plans and specifications for various projects and integrations;
• Oversee and coordinate multiple parallel testing initiatives;
• Conduct End-to-End testing in collaboration with integration partners;
• Contribute to security evaluations and certification processes;
• Identify and communicate testing risks and issues to stakeholders;
• Integrate lessons learned from past projects into future test strategies;
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers to ensure high-quality deliverables.

🎓 Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent experience;
• Strong technical skills and understanding of full integration testing processes;
• Proven ability to architect and execute automated testing solutions;
• Experience with EFT/POS systems and card payment ecosystems is a strong advantage;
• Solid knowledge of POS terminals, POS-host interfaces, and card scheme integrations;
• Innovative mindset with a passion for modernizing payment technologies;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Fluent in English; Lithuanian or Russian is an advantage.
