π Responsibilities:
- Independently generating leads using your network and industry knowledge.
- Identifying, engaging, and onboarding new business and personal account clients
- Supporting clients throughout the onboarding process and beyond β from the first call to account opening and ongoing success.
- Analysing market trends, competitor activity, and fintech innovations to identify new opportunities.
- Building trust-based, long-term relationships and ensuring client needs are always met.
- Representing the company at relevant offline business events and industry meetups.
- Becoming a trusted expert in payments and our suite of financial solutions.
π Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales and business development, ideally in financial services.
- Background in Banking or Financial Institutions.
- Experience with onboarding business clients and working with compliance/KYC procedures.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence in networking, lead generation, and closing deals independently.
- Strong motivation, professionalism, and passion for fintech, payments, and innovation.
