We’re looking for an experienced Partner Sales Manager for the Baltics to help our customer, a licensed Payment Institution as well as a principal member of both Visa and Mastercard, to scale his partner network and grow his presence in the region. If you’re a fintech-savvy sales pro who thrives on building trusted partnerships and owning the sales process end-to-end — this might just be your next big thing.
🔍 Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new partners and prospects to build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Promote and sell acquiring and gateway solutions to strategic partners.
- Build strong, long-term relationships based on trust and mutual success.
- Support partners in setting and reaching ambitious sales and revenue targets.
- Be there post-sale — providing guidance, support, and solutions when needed.
- Own the full sales cycle and act as the primary point of contact for your accounts.
- Represent company at key industry events and conferences across the Baltics.
- Embrace the unknown: your role will evolve, and we’re looking for someone flexible, hands-on, and proactive.
🎓 Requirements:
- 10+ years experience in sales, with 5+ years selling financial or fintech products.
- Proven track record of hitting (and exceeding) sales targets.
- Solid understanding of the sales process, lead generation, and pipeline management.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with payment solutions — especially in technical environments like payfac.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
- A highly collaborative, emotionally intelligent, and adaptable team player.
