They are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in the iGaming industry, particularly in startup and mid-size companies. The ideal candidate will provide financial leadership, drive strategic decision-making, and oversee FP&A process improvements in a rapidly evolving environment.

• Assess and evaluate financial performance through structured reports, ensuring alignment with business goals, budgets, and forecasts.
• Lead the Financial Department, overseeing both strategic and operational functions.
• Manage all aspects of Finance & Accounting, ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
• Optimize cash flow management and financial planning.
• Develop and implement best-practice policies for financial operations and compliance.
• Oversee profitability, budget development, and corporate finance.
• Provide strategic advice to senior management on business decisions.
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead tax strategy optimization across jurisdictions.
• Analyze operations to identify cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Oversee treasury management and liquidity strategies.

🎓 Required Skills and Experience:

-> Extensive experience in senior financial management roles, particularly in iGaming (online casinos, sports betting, etc.).
-> Proven ability to scale financial operations and manage fast-growth businesses.
-> Experience in startup and mid-sized environments where adaptability is key.
-> Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA or equivalent is a plus).
-> CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification preferred.
-> Strong expertise in financial modelling, tax laws, and regulatory compliance in iGaming.
-> Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and budgeting tools.
-> Fluent in English and French.
-> Entrepreneurial mindset with strong decision-making skills.
-> Experience in multi-jurisdictional tax planning and international finance management.
