Due to the expansion of financial operations, our client is seeking an experienced leader to manage payment and settlement processes, develop partnerships with banks and financial institutions, and optimize correspondent and safeguarding accounts.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Treasury and Financial Institution (FI) functions within the financial institution.
• Open Nostro correspondent accounts in various jurisdictions.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with banks, EMIs, and other financial institutions.
• Organize and supervise payment and interbank operations.
• Manage Nostro and safeguarding accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Regularly update KYC documentation, FATCA, and other banking mandates to meet counterparties' requirements.
• Develop, implement, and revise Treasury & FI policies and procedures.

🎓 Required Skills and Experience:

-> Proven experience in financial institutions, EMI, or PSP in a leadership role (Head of Payments, CFO, Head of FI, Treasury Manager).
-> Strong understanding of banking and payment system operations, particularly in account opening for financial institutions and operational processes.
-> Experience working with international banks, correspondent accounts, and safeguarded funds.
-> Knowledge of KYC, AML, and FATCA compliance for banks and financial institutions.
-> Excellent management skills in payment processing and financial flows.
