Our client an innovative and rapidly growing Crypto Fintech company in Poland, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join its Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Drive the strategic direction, revenue growth, and operational efficiency of the company.
• SME Solutions: Support the development and market launch of key fintech solutions tailored to SMEs.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with Polish financial regulations and represent the company before regulatory bodies.
• MiCA License Expertise: Provide guidance during the MiCA license upgrade process and build strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
• Governance & Performance: Collaborate with the leadership team to oversee company performance, governance, and strategic planning.

Candidate Requirements:

• Location & Language: Must be a permanent resident of Poland with fluency in both Polish and English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a senior management role within a Polish financial institution. Board experience within a financial institution is highly desirable.
• Regulatory Compliance: Must have a clean professional and personal track record with no negative public or private records, ensuring suitability for Polish Financial Regulator scrutiny.
• Skills: Strong operational, business development, revenue generation, and strategic planning experience, with a deep understanding of fintech operations.
