We are urgently recruiting a Head of Credit Risk for our client - one of the largest credit unions in Lithuania. They are currently undergoing an inspiring transformation into a specialized bank, driven by ambitious goals for expansion, the implementation of new services, and a strong focus on digitization.

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Enhance and optimize the credit risk management process.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce non-performing loans.
• Update internal procedures and policies in response to changes.
• Assign and oversee the work of credit risk analysts.
• Analyze data to assess credit risks.
• Prepare comprehensive credit risk reports.
• Collaborate closely with the Credit Department.

🎓 Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in credit risk management in Bank or Credit Union.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to objectively evaluate risks
• Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate level).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including friendliness and flexibility.
