We are urgently recruiting a Regional Sales Executive (in Germany) for one of our clients. It is a well established and regulated financial institution operating since 2022. The company is looking for new team members to join their team due to fast global expansion.
The company is dealing with Instant Bank to Bank payments for e-commerce business in the EEA and UK. Specifically the company’s main area of expertise is Account to Account payments within the Open Banking ecosystem.
🔍 Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets and growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region.
- Identify market trends and opportunities, and recommend strategies to capitalize on them.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to assess regional performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, account management, marketing, product development, and finance, to align strategies and achieve company goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and establish connections within the fintech community.
🎓 Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in the fintech or payments industry, specifically working directly with the e-commerce merchants.
- An existing network of e-commerce merchants is a must.
- Strong understanding of online payment methods in EU/UK, particularly Open Banking
- Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Ability to create and achieve long-term sales plansExcellent networking skills to establish connections and partnerships in the fintech community.
- Project management experience with a track record of overseeing multiple initiatives.
