We’re seeking a REGIONAL SALES EXECUTIVE (UK) for one of our clients. A reputable and fast-growing online Payment Service Provider, established in 2022, seeks talented and experienced individuals to join its team as part of its rapid global expansion. Specialising in instant bank-to-bank payments for e-commerce businesses within the EEA and UK, their core expertise lies in Account-to-Account payments within the Open Banking ecosystem.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets and growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region.
- Identify market trends and opportunities, and recommend strategies to capitalise on them.
- Analyse data and performance metrics to assess regional performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, account management, marketing, product development, and finance, to align strategies and achieve company goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and establish connections within the fintech community.
🎓 Candidate Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in the fintech or payments industry, specifically working directly with e-commerce merchants.

An existing network of e-commerce merchants is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of online payment methods, particularly Open Banking.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Ability to create and achieve long-term sales plans. Excellent networking skills to establish connections and partnerships in the fintech community.
- Project management experience with a track record of overseeing multiple initiatives.
